From Search to Check-in: How a Priceino Holiday Booking Works
Follow a Priceino Holiday stay from dates and guest selection through accommodation review, checkout, confirmation and booking-specific arrival planning.
A smooth arrival starts before payment. Use this sequence to connect the stay you search for with the accommodation, dates and guest details you finally book. It is a guide to the journey, not a substitute for the terms and instructions attached to your own reservation.
1. Start with the trip you actually plan
Choose the destination, check-in, check-out and full guest count in Find stays. Search results depend on live availability for that request. If you change the plan, search again; a result from an earlier date range is not an availability promise.

2. Read the individual accommodation page
Review the genuine photographs, location, verified layout and capacity. Check the details your group needs, including sleeping arrangements and arrival questions. One apartment's description does not apply automatically to another, even within the same compound.
Ask Contact & Support about a missing property detail before booking. Do not assume early access, late checkout or an extra amenity unless it has been confirmed for your stay.
3. Review the stay and policies
Check dates, guests and the displayed price summary. Read the linked Booking Terms, Cancellation Policy and Guest Policies before providing the required booking consent. The current cancellation and refund guidance explains the rules; this article does not replace or alter them.

4. Check the payable details in checkout
At native Shopify Checkout, confirm the accommodation, selected dates, guests, payable amount and currency. Use a payment option actually offered there. If you change market or currency, review a fresh price rather than carrying an old quote into a different currency.
A pending or unsuccessful payment is not a confirmed paid booking. Keep the confirmation and booking reference when the eligible paid reservation is confirmed. If payment appears successful but confirmation is unclear, contact support rather than immediately making another booking.
5. Prepare the right arrival information
Save the location and your own unit-specific instructions. The compound address is shared; block, floor and apartment must match your reservation. The Kiristalşehir arrival and area guide helps with general planning, while Check-in & Stay explains the stay guidance.
Contact holiday@priceino.com with your reference if an arrival detail is missing. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials. Arrange the airport journey separately and leave room for current traffic and transport conditions.
