How booking works

Explore your options, choose your stay and review the details before you book. Online booking is available. Choose dates and guests, review the live quote and continue to secure Shopify Checkout.

1. Find your accommodation

Start with a destination, then explore individual accommodation listings and filter by guest capacity. Read each property’s information and ask about any essential requirements before booking. Our current stays are listed under Türkiye → Istanbul.

2. Choose dates and guests

Availability and pricing are checked with the property for your selected dates and guest count. Browsing an apartment does not reserve it.

3. Review the stay and price

Review the accommodation, dates, guests, total price and applicable booking and cancellation terms before payment. Property reference rates are shown in USD. The checkout quote shows the amount payable in your selected supported currency; an indicative listing price is not a confirmed quote.

4. Complete checkout

Dates will be held temporarily during checkout. An expired hold or abandoned checkout is not a confirmed booking. Payment is received by ULIXAR COMMERCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD using Shopify Checkout and Shopify Payments.

5. Keep your confirmation

Keep your order details and reservation reference. A payment receipt and a confirmed accommodation reservation are different records; contact us if a payment appears without a reservation confirmation.

Planning your stay

1. Choose your destination and guest count to browse suitable apartment capacities.
2. Open a listing, explore the full photograph gallery and read the arrival information.
3. Add your preferred check-in and check-out dates to the enquiry planner.
4. Send the enquiry with any questions about beds, access or property rules.

Without dates, search results show listed accommodation. Select dates and guests to check live availability. An enquiry does not hold dates, guarantee a price or create a reservation. Do not arrange non-refundable travel on the strength of an enquiry alone.

Understanding the price

The current Istanbul apartments have a USD nightly reference rate and a separate USD cleaning amount per stay. These are property reference prices, not a final checkout quote. The booking quote will identify the selected apartment, dates, nights, guest count, charges and final checkout amount before checkout. Always use the total on your quote when comparing a stay.

Confirmation and arrival

Keep both your commercial order details and the accommodation reservation reference. Check that the property, dates and guest count are correct. Arrival arrangements come from the relevant accommodation operator; our registered UK company address is not a place to check in.

Review the initial booking policy

The initial cancellation policy provides a full accommodation refund at least 168 hours before local scheduled check-in and at least 50% at 48 to under 168 hours. Later cancellation is subject to fair-loss, re-letting and saved-cost limits. Genuinely unused cleaning is refunded; no cancellation administration fee or separate damage/security deposit applies.

The lead booker must be 18 or over and present government-issued ID at arrival. Read the smoking, pet, visitor and occupancy rules before booking. These policies apply to online bookings.
