Priceino Holiday
Website & booking terms
Last updated: 26 September 2026. These terms explain use of Priceino Holiday and the information to review when arranging accommodation. Online booking and payment are available; an enquiry does not create a reservation.
Who you deal with
Priceino Holiday is operated by ULIXAR COMMERCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16984116, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Prime Apartments, 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4FG. Contact holiday@priceino.com.
ULIXAR operates the customer-facing platform and receives customer payments. Accommodation is supplied and operated through contractual arrangements with the relevant property operator. Our current Istanbul collection is operated by Kiristalşehir / D Royal. The operator and accommodation shown for an individual stay matter; these terms do not make every future property part of Kiristalşehir.
Our UK registered office is a company address, not an accommodation address or check-in desk. See our company information.
Website Terms of Use
You may use this website to explore accommodation, plan a stay and contact us. Use it lawfully, provide accurate information when making an enquiry, and do not attempt to interfere with website security, submit fraudulent requests or access another person’s information.
Listing content and photographs help you assess the particular accommodation. They are not permission to republish that content commercially. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices.
Browsing, choosing dates or sending an enquiry does not establish availability, lock a price or oblige either party to complete a booking. If information seems inconsistent, contact us before relying on it.
What to review before payment
Before a stay can be offered for online purchase, the booking information must identify the accommodation and operator, arrival and departure dates, guest count, total payable price and currency, included services, applicable charges, cancellation and change conditions, and property rules. Keep a copy of the information presented for your stay.
- Capacity is the maximum guest count, not a promise about the number or type of beds.
- A layout label such as 2+1 does not confirm a particular sleeping arrangement.
- Images of shared grounds do not establish access to a pool, gym, parking or other communal facility.
- Special requests, including accessibility needs, early arrival and extra guests, require specific confirmation.
Initial booking policy: the rules below are the Priceino Holiday initial policy baseline. Online booking and payment are available. Publishing these rules does not create a reservation or alter conditions already agreed for an existing booking.
Prices and payments
Current Istanbul listings show the property’s USD nightly reference rate and a separate USD cleaning amount per stay. These support browsing; they are not a final quote. The approved booking process obtains the price for the selected accommodation, dates and guests and presents a locked checkout amount in your selected supported currency. Do not calculate an amount to pay by converting a listing rate yourself.
ULIXAR receives customer payment through Shopify Checkout and Shopify Payments for live bookings. Live checkout is available. A support enquiry is not a request to send money by another method.
Availability, payment and reservation confirmation
Dates entered while browsing are proposed travel dates, not a date-specific availability result. A temporary hold protects the selected accommodation only for its stated period. A hold can expire and is not a confirmed reservation.
A payment receipt records payment; accommodation confirmation identifies the reservation. Retain the order and reservation references and check the accommodation, dates and guest details. If you receive payment information without reservation confirmation, contact us before paying again or assuming that the stay is confirmed.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Use Cancellation, changes and refunds to request assistance. The receipt time of a clear cancellation request determines its cancellation band; processing time does not move that deadline. A change of dates or guests requires new availability and pricing and explicit acceptance. Cancellation of accommodation and a payment refund are separate statuses; ask for clarification if either is unclear.
Report a problem with your accommodation promptly to the operator using the arrival contact supplied for your stay and to Priceino Holiday. Provide the reference, relevant dates and a description. Keep useful correspondence and evidence without including another guest’s private information. Our complaints process explains how to raise and follow up a concern.
Your rights and these terms
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The cancellation entitlements and operator-failure remedies below apply to bookings under this initial policy, alongside mandatory rights.
General website updates do not by themselves change conditions already agreed for a reservation. Any property-specific conditions must be read with the booking information supplied for that stay.
Read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and arrival and guest information.
Who may make a booking
The person making a reservation must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the agreement. Provide accurate details and be authorised to act for the travelling group. The lead booker must present valid government-issued ID to the operator at arrival. Additional guest registration is only as lawfully required; do not send identity-document copies through the general enquiry form.
Respect, safety and accurate information
Do not use Priceino Holiday for fraudulent requests, harassment or unlawful activity. Treat other guests, neighbours and property staff with respect. Disruptive open-invitation gatherings, threats, violence, unsafe overcrowding and interference with safety equipment are not allowed. Read the guest-conduct guidance and the rules disclosed for your accommodation.
Cancellation deadlines and refunds
- At least 168 hours (7 full days) before scheduled check-in: full refund of the accommodation amount.
- At least 48 hours but less than 168 hours before scheduled check-in: refund of at least 50% of the accommodation amount.
- Less than 48 hours before scheduled check-in: up to 100% of the accommodation amount may be retained, subject to the fair-loss limit below.
Deadlines use the scheduled check-in instant in the accommodation’s local time. Exactly 168 hours is in the full-refund band; exactly 48 hours is in the at-least-50% band. For the initial Istanbul collection, scheduled check-in is 15:00 Europe/Istanbul local time.
Fair loss, re-letting and cleaning fees
A cancellation deduction must not exceed the reasonable direct net loss caused by the cancellation. We take reasonable steps to re-let the accommodation and reduce the loss, deduct saved costs and replacement revenue, and return any excess retained. We explain deductions; the percentage bands are maximum retention limits, not automatic forfeiture of payment.
Genuinely unused cleaning fees are refunded. There is no cancellation administration fee. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for accommodation not supplied as agreed are unaffected.
Changes to dates, accommodation or guests
Changes require a new availability and price check and your explicit acceptance of the revised stay and total. There is no separate amendment administration fee. Until a change is accepted, the original reservation remains in place. If you choose to cancel instead, the cancellation schedule applies. A date-change request does not silently reset an existing cancellation deadline.
Late arrival, no-shows and early departure
Tell the operator and Priceino Holiday if you expect to arrive late. A notified delay does not by itself cancel your stay. If there is no arrival or contact by 15:00 local time on the day following scheduled check-in, reasonable contact attempts and notice to you must precede release of the remaining accommodation.
There is no separate no-show penalty. The late-cancellation treatment applies to the unused stay, subject to the same fair-loss, re-letting, saved-cost and unused-cleaning protections.
If you leave early, nights already provided remain payable. For cancelled unused nights, the late-cancellation treatment applies with the same fair-loss limit and deductions for re-letting and saved costs. Cleaning already used is not refundable. Accommodation failures and mandatory remedies are considered separately.
Initial guest and house rules
- The lead booker must be at least 18, legally able to enter into the agreement and authorised to act for the group, and must present valid government-issued ID to the operator at arrival. Additional guest registration is only as lawfully required. Do not email identity-document copies through our general enquiry channel.
- No indoor smoking or vaping. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in an area the operator designates for it.
- No pets at initial launch, subject to applicable assistance-animal obligations. Contact us about assistance-animal arrangements before arrival.
- Visitors require advance operator approval. No unregistered overnight guests, occupancy above the published maximum or disruptive/open-invitation parties.
There is no separate damage or security deposit at initial launch and no unannounced on-arrival charge. Any damage claim must be itemised, supported by evidence, exclude ordinary wear and allow you to respond. These rules do not authorise an automatic card debit or fixed penalty.
If the operator cannot provide the accommodation
If the contracted accommodation cannot be supplied, we will offer a suitable alternative only with your agreement, or refund the unprovided accommodation and services. You do not have to accept an alternative or a voucher. Duplicate charges, payment without a confirmed reservation, materially misdescribed accommodation and mandatory legal remedies are reviewed separately from ordinary guest cancellation.
Report problems promptly, with the reference, dates, what happened and relevant evidence. Where practical, allow the operator an opportunity to put things right. You are not required to remain somewhere unsafe. A serious disruptive event is considered on its facts and under applicable rights; no automatic insurance or platform-protection cover is promised.
