How Priceino Holiday Checks Live Accommodation Availability
Learn how dates and guests control Priceino Holiday search results, why a listing is not an availability promise, and what happens before checkout.

A photograph can help you choose an apartment, but it cannot tell you whether that apartment is free for your dates. Priceino Holiday checks the requested stay against the connected property-management system. The destination, check-in, check-out and guest count are the basis of the result.
Published accommodation is different from an available stay
A property can remain visible while some nights are reserved. Public listings describe accommodation that can be considered for distribution; they are not a calendar showing every night as free. A single stock number would not describe a stay spanning several dates, so it is not the accommodation availability authority.
Without dates, browse to understand the collection. With dates, use the live search result. Read our apartment booking checklist alongside the listing to assess details that availability alone cannot answer.
Your guest count is part of the search
An apartment must fit the requested group as well as the date range. Enter the number of guests who will stay, rather than a smaller number to obtain more results. A published maximum is a limit, not a promise that the sleeping arrangement suits every group. Check beds and layout separately.
Changing dates or guests means a different search. Results for a previous stay should not be treated as confirmation for the new one. If no accommodation meets the request, the storefront shows no available stays. If live availability cannot be obtained, it shows an error or retry state instead of treating the whole catalogue as available.
Why there is another check before checkout
Availability can change between browsing and booking. When you proceed with a stay, Priceino Holiday checks availability freshly and obtains an exclusive temporary hold before checkout. This protects the specific stay while the booking progresses; it does not turn an unfinished checkout into a confirmed reservation.
If the stay is no longer available, return to search rather than relying on an earlier result. A hold is temporary, so an old checkout or saved result should not be assumed to keep an apartment reserved indefinitely. We do not promise a universal hold duration in this guide.
What confirms the booking?
An eligible successfully paid booking is recorded in the connected property-management system with its accommodation, dates, guests and booking identity. Browsing, requesting a quote or simply opening checkout is not that confirmation.
See How booking works for the customer steps and payments, confirmation and support for what to retain afterwards. To check a new stay, return to Find stays. If a result looks inconsistent, send the dates, guest count and accommodation name to support.
