Check-in & your stay
A little preparation helps you arrive at the right place with the information you need. Arrival arrangements and house rules belong to the accommodation you choose, not to the destination as a whole.
Before you book
Read the individual listing for capacity, layout, photographs and stated facilities. Ask about anything essential to your stay: bed types, bathroom arrangements, step-free access, lift access, equipment or facilities. A photograph is not confirmation of dimensions, accessibility or access to shared amenities.
Our current Istanbul listings show the property’s check-in time of 15:00 and check-out time of 11:00, in Europe/Istanbul local time. Early check-in and late check-out are not included unless specifically agreed.
Before you travel
- Check the apartment identity, confirmed dates, guest count and reservation reference.
- Obtain the precise arrival address, property contact, key handover instructions and check-in arrangements.
- Tell the operator about a late arrival using the contact details supplied for the stay.
- Confirm any agreed special requirements in writing and keep them with your booking information.
ULIXAR’s London registered office is not a place to check in. Do not use it for journey planning.
Guest responsibilities and property rules
Respect the confirmed guest limit, neighbours and the accommodation. Follow the rules supplied for your particular stay and report damage or maintenance concerns promptly. Do not give access details to people outside your approved group.
Initial guest and house rules
- The lead booker must be at least 18, legally able to enter into the agreement and authorised to act for the group, and must present valid government-issued ID to the operator at arrival. Additional guest registration is only as lawfully required. Do not email identity-document copies through our general enquiry channel.
- No indoor smoking or vaping. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in an area the operator designates for it.
- No pets at initial launch, subject to applicable assistance-animal obligations. Contact us about assistance-animal arrangements before arrival.
- Visitors require advance operator approval. No unregistered overnight guests, occupancy above the published maximum or disruptive/open-invitation parties.
There is no separate damage or security deposit at initial launch and no unannounced on-arrival charge. Any damage claim must be itemised, supported by evidence, exclude ordinary wear and allow you to respond. These rules do not authorise an automatic card debit or fixed penalty.
Accessibility and individual needs
Tell us which physical features or arrangements matter to you rather than relying on a general description. For example, ask about entrance steps, door widths, a lift, shower access or the route from the entrance to the apartment. We can direct the question to the operator; an enquiry does not itself confirm that a requirement can be met.
During the stay
Use the property’s arrival contact for access and practical issues, and contact Priceino Holiday about your commercial booking or unresolved concerns. Include the apartment, dates and reference. Describe the problem clearly and share photographs where useful without including other guests or sensitive documents.
For immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact the local emergency services first. The general enquiry form is not an emergency channel and must not be relied on for an immediate response.
Departure and changed plans
Follow the checkout and key-return instructions supplied for the property. Check your belongings and tell the operator about any unresolved issue before leaving where practical. Staying beyond the agreed time or extending the booking requires confirmation.
If you miss arrival or leave early, contact us. There is no separate no-show penalty; unused nights follow the late-cancellation policy with fair-loss, re-letting and saved-cost limits. See cancellations, no-shows and early departure.
Booking guest and group responsibilities
The person making the reservation must be at least 18, able to enter into the agreement and authorised to act for the group. Provide accurate dates and guest numbers, and share the applicable property rules with everyone in your group.
Care for the apartment, keys, access devices and shared spaces. Do not enter restricted areas, tamper with safety equipment or attempt an unsafe repair. Disruptive open-invitation gatherings, threats, violence, harassment, vandalism and unsafe overcrowding are not allowed.
Report damage, access difficulties and safety concerns promptly. Any proposed damage charge must have a basis in the accepted booking conditions and applicable law, and be explained with relevant evidence. This guidance does not introduce a deposit or an automatic damage fee.
Where the Istanbul collection is located
View the Kiristalşehir property location on Google Maps. This verified property-level location is a planning reference, not the individual apartment entrance or a key-collection instruction. Obtain the precise arrival instructions for your stay before travelling.
Late arrival, no-shows and early departure
Tell the operator and Priceino Holiday if you expect to arrive late. A notified delay does not by itself cancel your stay. If there is no arrival or contact by 15:00 local time on the day following scheduled check-in, reasonable contact attempts and notice to you must precede release of the remaining accommodation.
There is no separate no-show penalty. The late-cancellation treatment applies to the unused stay, subject to the same fair-loss, re-letting, saved-cost and unused-cleaning protections.
If you leave early, nights already provided remain payable. For cancelled unused nights, the late-cancellation treatment applies with the same fair-loss limit and deductions for re-letting and saved costs. Cleaning already used is not refundable. Accommodation failures and mandatory remedies are considered separately.
Online booking and payment are available. These published initial rules do not themselves create a reservation.
