Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026.

Who is responsible

ULIXAR COMMERCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD operates Priceino Holiday. Company number 16984116, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Prime Apartments, 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4FG. We are the controller of the personal information we use to operate Priceino Holiday and respond to enquiries. Contact holiday@priceino.com for privacy requests.

Information and purposes

  • Enquiry details: your name, email address and message, used to respond to you and take steps at your request before a contract.
  • Booking details: contact details, selected property, dates, guest count, booking references and payment status, used to arrange and administer your stay and fulfil our contract.
  • Device, network and service activity: used to operate and secure the website, prevent fraud and troubleshoot faults. Our legitimate interests are a secure, reliable service and the prevention of misuse.
  • Records required by law: used to meet legal obligations, including financial record-keeping and responding to lawful requests.
  • Optional cookies and related processing: controlled through the consent choices described in our cookie policy.

Please do not send card numbers, passport copies or sensitive personal information through the contact form. We do not need these to answer an apartment enquiry.

Recipients and service providers

Shopify hosts the storefront and provides checkout and payment services. Our booking technology uses Cloudflare hosting. Support communications use our email services. When a stay is arranged, necessary reservation information is shared with the relevant accommodation operator; for the initial collection this is Kiristalşehir / D Royal in Türkiye.

Shopify may also process information for its own purposes under its consumer privacy policy, including where Shopify's enhanced services apply. Use our cookie controls and privacy choices page for available choices, or visit the Shopify privacy portal.

International processing

Shopify and technology providers may process information outside the UK. Arranging accommodation in Türkiye involves providing necessary reservation information to the Turkish operator. Ask us for details of the applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards before supplying sensitive information.

Retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting service or dispute. Booking, payment and support records are retained according to the continuing need to provide the stay, meet legal record-keeping duties and resolve claims. The relevant purpose, legal requirement and any outstanding dispute determine the retention period.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact holiday@priceino.com; we may need information to verify your identity.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your applicable supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and provide any further notice required by law.

Information supplied about other guests

If you contact us on behalf of a group, provide only the details needed for your enquiry and make the other guests aware of this notice. General enquiries normally need a guest count, not identity documents or detailed personal information about every traveller.

Providing information and making requests

We need a way to reply and enough information to understand your enquiry. Without relevant booking or contact details, we may be unable to locate a reservation or provide the requested service. To exercise your rights, describe what you need and give a reference where available; we will explain if further verification is necessary.

Security and communications

Use the website enquiry form or our published support email for routine questions. Do not send full card details or sensitive identity documents. We may retain support correspondence with the relevant enquiry or booking so that we can respond consistently and resolve issues.

Identity at arrival

The initial guest rules require the lead booker to present valid government-issued ID directly to the accommodation operator at arrival. Additional guest registration is only as lawfully required. This is separate from a website enquiry: do not send identity-document copies through our general support form or email. Ask for the operator’s applicable privacy information before providing additional identity data.
