Before booking
Tell us the destination or apartment, proposed check-in and check-out dates, guest count and any essential requirements. Ask about the specific bed arrangement, accessibility feature or facility you need. An enquiry does not reserve accommodation, confirm availability or create a payment obligation.
Existing bookings and payments
Include your order or reservation reference and the email address used for the booking. For a change, cancellation or refund request, explain what you want to happen and retain the response confirming the outcome. See cancellation and refund information.
Complaints and follow-up
- Describe the problem, when it happened, the accommodation concerned and your booking reference if applicable.
- Tell us the outcome you are seeking and include relevant correspondence or evidence without sensitive personal information.
- For an issue during a stay, also use the property contact in your arrival instructions so practical help can be considered locally.
- If your concern remains unresolved, reply to the existing correspondence and ask for a review, explaining what has not been addressed.
Priceino Holiday handles customer-facing booking and payment enquiries and coordinates property matters with the relevant operator. Sending a complaint does not itself cancel a reservation. We have not published a guaranteed response time or a 24-hour telephone service.
