Assess a longer apartment stay with a practical checklist for laundry, cooking, work, cleaning, utilities and the journeys you will repeat.
For a longer visit, look beyond the first night's comfort. The useful questions concern the tasks you will repeat: cooking, laundry, work, cleaning and travel. A feature that is merely inconvenient for a weekend can become decisive over several weeks.
Build a weekly routine before choosing
List the places you will visit regularly and the tasks you expect to do at home. If appointments are in western Istanbul, Kiristalşehir may be worth considering. If your daily commitment is across the city, compare the repeat journey before prioritising apartment space.
